Before joining Mitsui Fudosan UK in 2006, Richard Harrold spent 15 years as Head of Property Investment at Hermes followed by three years in the role of Chief Executive of MEPC from 2002 until 2005. He worked with Mitsui Fudosan for many years through our involvement with Hermes in both London and Tokyo and has extensive experience and expertise in the property market.
Richard holds a BSc in Estate Management from the University of London and has been a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors since 1985.
Richard is a great fan of the outdoors and particularly enjoys gardening, walking, conservation and sailing.
