Protecting and preserving the environment has in recent times come to the forefront of public consciousness. At Mitsui Fudosan we have a long-held belief that we have a duty to take a proactive stance on this issue and therefore introduced our first formal Environmental Principles in 2001.
As a group our corporate mission is to contribute to the building of a society that enables the sustainable development of human life. We consider this a key challenge for our business, which is directly related to maximising end-user satisfaction and corporate value.
We are constantly improving energy efficiency and working to help protect the local and global environment in all our business operations, our aim being to achieve harmonious coexistence with the environment as much as we possibly can.
